We provide general educational micro-break content for desk workers. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy, psychology, or occupational health treatment. Consult an appropriate registered professional for health concerns. We do not guarantee specific wellbeing or productivity outcomes.

4. Fair Trading Act 1986

We must not mislead consumers about services, pricing, or sponsorship. Descriptions on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or infringe our intellectual property. Account credentials must remain confidential.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this site is owned by Skeletalnew or licensed to us. Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable licence for internal use as defined in their service agreement.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for direct loss is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months, except where the Consumer Guarantees Act or other law prevents limitation.
